Show Us the Bill: In the rare event the lease inspector flags a spot we repaired and charges you a fee, simply provide us with the itemized lease-end statement.
Get Your Refund: We will promptly refund 50% of your Dent Dr. invoice cost for that specific repair.
Official Terms & Conditions
Scope of Guarantee: This policy applies exclusively to the specific areas and panels repaired by Dent Dr. It does not cover new damage sustained after the vehicle leaves our shop, nor does it cover existing damage the customer previously opted not to repair.
Required Documentation: To process a refund, the customer must present the official, itemized lease-end inspection report from the dealership or authorized third-party inspector clearly showing a charge for the repaired area.
Timeframe: Refund claims must be submitted to Dent Dr. within 30 days of the official lease return date.
Refund Limit: The 50% refund applies to the amount the customer paid Dent Dr. for the specific failed repair, not 50% of the dealership’s penalty fee. Maximum refund cannot exceed the total invoice amount for that panel.
